Since debugging is disabled at startup we'll have to see
what we can make of it:

This is strange. There's only two instances of "WIFEXITED"
in the source, both in gmShellAPI.py, both qualified by the
"os." module prefix. That module does indeed contain that
constant. Maybe Windows is strange here.

Our only chance is for you to turn on debugging in the login
dialog and reproduce the error and send us the log again.
Let's hope it'll tell us more.
