This only happens when - after writing a letter - no episode
is selected for storing the letter but still [OK] is pressed
in the selector dialog.

While this is intentionally OK - after all that's why the
user *can* select an episode - it wasn't intended to let
them select OK but not selecting an episode. So, for the
time being, this is a just-don't-do-it. 0.7.4 will contain a
fix.
