Yes. This is strange. This is why I asked whether the
database actually *has* rows which should match.

It does. If you look at the log you sent you'll see that
GNUmed did manage to successfully run a few DOB queries
against PostgreSQL and this failing to find rows begs the
question whether there *are* matching rows ?

Well, since I can't yet reproduce it I can't yet tell.
