[Gnumed-bugs] client 0.9.9 country code Canada (CA) required in country? also Funniness changing window focus

If I try creating a new patient and within the demographic input widget I did 
not satisfy GNUmed because my country defaults

        Canada

but the widget wants me to pick dropdown

        Canada (CA)

was this believed fixed in 0.9.9 or will it only be in 1.x?



Also, after I get the handled error message, and I input a date of birth but  
do not select a dropdown match, and then if I click into the main GNUmed window 
and reposition it (despite that it is constrained from coming to front, which 
is good) the demographic widget fields and control buttons become unresponsive.

I am wondering whether this might be a function of mac OS with GNUmed under X11 
or whether this occurs on other platforms?
