[Gnumed-bugs] Loss of allergy information

This is not so much a bug as a too-easy-to-make human error.

I recall us wrestling a little with the fact that this allergy manager has distinct upper and lower zones and it was partly as a result of my wanting this to be clearer that we acquired two copies of a 'Close' button, one in the upper zone (to right of the Update / Confirm button) and another in the lower zone.

Even so, the lower zone remains complex because it does all of:

        - presents a listing of allergy line item details
        - provides a creator area in which to input new allergies EXCEPT
        - if you click on an existing allergy line item, the creator area has
                become an edit area

and so the meaning of the 'Save' button is complex because it means

if it is new information that has been inputted, create a *new* allergy item

but -- if an existing item had been clicked on -- …

save these changes that hopefully you realize are an alteration (not an addition)

and this is different than in other parts of GNUmed, where any alteration of exiting lists is achieved by first clicking Add or Edit. Here one does neither.

It has now happened more than once that I got all the way down to filling in the reaction information and reaction type and then, having inputted the information (because I was finished) clicked the button

        Close

which does no checking whether to save or discard entered (but unsaved) text.

Suggestions:

1. Revert to a single instance of the Close button, but move it distinctly outside *both* the Status Detail zones to occupy its own zone at the bottom of the window, below a horizontal separator.

2. Relocate upwards the Save and Clear and Delete buttons so that they are more obviously coupled to the details input / edit area, and make this edit area distinct from the list itself by inserting some space and improved static text (see screenshot).

3. The button 'Update / Confirm' might be easier to centre once the upper 'Close' would be removed.
