[Gnumed-bugs] Unhandled exception trying to activate a merged patient

After merging a duplicate patient for whom I had created entries (in each 
'version/instance') for

- encounter
- multiple comm channels
- multiple IDs
- multiple medications

I could not fully bring them into focus. GNUmed tried, however after mostly 
drawing the screen would go into an unhandled exception.

Looking at the log, I wonder if there is some kind of circular reference in as 
much as the log lists multiple cycles of seemingly redundant information.

I will send the log offline.
