Yes, but the failure to review was not of consequence because the documents
were simply copies of patient summaries that I had generated which got
auto-attached at a stage before signing was in the same step supported, and I
never had the occasion to stumble on it because I never again saw that patient.

A more-accurate column heading than "Sent" might be "Created" which would
encompass both created (and sent) by a person and also auto-generated (which
are virtual and not really "Sent")
??
