OK, so we have established that, indeed, the PRIMARY KEY
constraint is gone for good by the fix.
So, let's add it back:
SET default_transaction_read_only to off;
BEGIN;
ALTER TABLE gm.access_log ADD PRIMARY KEY (pk);
\d gm.access_log
ROLLBACK;
