you are running a rather old version.

The latest Python2 version is 1.7.9 (but Debian only has
1.7.5) and the problem you saw:

while adding a Performed Procedure ("Anamnese", in your case)
is fixed in later versions.

The newest version btw is 1.8.1 (which requires Python3, however).
