Hi Karsten,
many thanks for your report, which is a really rare treat.
What you see happening is that two users, possibly on
different machines have concurrently edited the encounter
metadata of one and the same patient.
GNUmed has logging for this very situation but I have never
before seen it happen. I need to digest the log in order to
turn GNUmed's default exception handler response into
something user friendly.
