Hello Sergio,
thanks for taking the time to report this issue.
It has been fixed in a more recent release which you can
download from here
https://www.gnumed.de/downloads/client/1.8/
You can follow the instructions in the install guide
https://www.gnumed.de/documentation/GNUmedInstallation.html
under "Other systems".
The username/password for testing is any-doc/any-doc (which
needs to be disabled when going into production).
