Anyway, here is the result, thanks for the help.
I think part of the problem is that python can not
find the modules, i think i have to tell python where
to look.

I take the gmGuiBroker and like are in 
/gnumed/gnumed/client/python-common

so I am trying to figure how to tell python to look
there
