[Gnumed-devel] startup speed

I have been able to shave off a few seconds by converting
gmManual.py to parsing the default HTML on the first
ReceiveFocus() instead of during plugin load. The cost is a
split second delay upon first bringing up the Manual plugin
page.

gmGuidelines and gmStiko should follow down the same road if
someone's interested.
