re Richard's ms-access(?) sql solution, Looks like a pragmatic - 
avoid-debugging  sql view/join solution.  There seems to be
only 2 levels of organizational heirarchy dataOrganization and 
dataOrganizations tables
It's a very output oriented solution, but much quicker to implement 
because once
the sql query runs, the thing is 'debugged'. It might be unnecessary to 
have Composite
org objects that aggregate other org objects, because you may need only 
1 or 2 levels of aggregation.
It would be more fun to do it this way , though ... ( no reason d'etre?)
