If my logic is correct it would show up in two places:
- a row in form_data: here it is just narrative, eg. what was
"printed" on the actual prescription, at the end of the day,
neither PG nor the application may "know" that "quantity" is
in a particular row, however
- a row in clin_medication: here it will be an attribute of
the current medication entry, and will allow for computation
of expiry etc.
