This is the idea, yes.

Likely filtering based on episodes/encounters needs to be
there from the beginning (and be it manually by expanding the
desired nodes of the EMR browser tree) - simply to make
obvious the benefit of actually attaching data to meaningful
episodes instead of using a catch-all episode.
