We should keep this:
I have put it in as AgeGestational, linked from the DevelopmentReference page.
I can also add the following so we can better discuss LATER, **after** 0.1?

Certainly an early scan with a good technician is the best, but
(at least here) routine scans are done at nominal 15-20 weeks, where
scans aren't noticeably better than women.
I wouldn't want to hardcode ultrasound dates as always being used.
We could accept the entry or derivation of each of
- LMP and
- estimated gestational age by alternate method
If only one of the above is entered, use it in the calculation of
Estimated Date of Delivery.
If both are available, options which to use would include:
- user specifies which (or an average) to use or
- algorithm decides (e.g. if estimated gestational age as at date of
study was > [hardcoded or user-specifiable # of weeks], use LMP)
The above gets into the issue of where (if a place does not yet
exist) to put it in the schema but suggest again that we *wait* on
this.
