That's what I've been saying all along. As much as I admire
his GUI and even believe in their practicality I don't see we
can have it in 0.1.

I also venture to provide a usable middleware API. So put the
blame on me if that is lacking.

Or rather check the Wiki. It's long been laid down. Lately
we've been DEcreasing 0.1 rather than increasing it's scope.

I fear this is the crux of the matter. Richard's mode of
operation IS NOT "a single feature". Not that he's to blame
for that. It's just how he seems to function.

Precisely ! Ian might even make his life easier yet by
complaining if the *middleware* does not support his
connecting the UI.
