Explain this Layout Styles thing.

Laying out the current widgits in a design is one thing, however if the 
current widgits and functionality are suboptimal, some of which may need to 
be deleted/revamped, to fit true clinical work flow, then no amount of being 
able to rearrange wigit positions will help.
