Ok, we do that. We don't prevent the user from closing it,
though, thus ending up with an empty notebook (to which tabs

 - selected from among the existing episodes (phrasewheel)
 - entered as new episode

during or after writing the progress note.

Notice that the multisash now appears to work properly, too.
