[Gnumed-devel] icons needed for sorting documents

Hi all,

we would need small icons to put on the toolbar for
selection of how to sort the document tree. Currently it's a
radiobutton group but it really should be a couple of icons
in the toolbar. That's what Richard's original design does.

Sort modes are:

- by age (newest floats to the top)
- by review status (unreviewed to the top)
- by episode (IOW, problem) (alphabetically)
