Ah, I see. The date would suffice for identifying the
encounter.
Hm, well, it does not - because it can be any date, not
necessarily tied to that of the encounter ... (but then, the
time wouldn't help either ;-)
Changed the date format to YYYY-MM-DD at the episode level.
