First you should do the equivalent of apt-cache search gnumed | grep client on your system. If that returns something you should do the equivalent of apt-get install gnumed-client on your system. If it does not you need to decide if it's OK for you to go with a local installation for the user(s) you want to run GNUmed as. If not you'll have to find someone to create a package. If yes you can download gm-install_client_locally.sh and run that for the user(s) in question like so: ./gm-install_client_locally.sh 0.5.0 You'll also want to download net_install-gnumed_server.sh (or net_upgrade-gnumed_server.sh) and run that to get the database installed into your PostgreSQL server. Those scripts are nicely found under http://www.gnumed.de/downloads/client/ and http://www.gnumed.de/downloads/server/ respectively. Karsten -- GRATIS für alle GMX-Mitglieder: Die maxdome Movie-FLAT!
