Not yet but it is intended to work like that.
1) the progress notes are intended to have "arbitrary"
keyword triggered popups for entering structured data
2) CVS has a widget PrimaryCareVitals which includes RR / HF
/ weight / height (with auto-BMI) etc, that even includes
an on-screen seconds-only clock
