How does the availability of 0.62 affect this? Should any flagging in Ubuntu
first await upstream updating in Debian?
Is any concern minor, in that -- having gotten 0.60 into Ubuntu Lucid -- all
instances of GNUmed 0.6x series in Ubuntu will, by default at runtime, detect
and notify about higher-level versions?
