Hum just for your information, in a really near future, I will work on a i18n ICD10 plugin for freemedforms.
May be we can help each other doing this task ?

We can discuss (and collect wisdom about) coding any time. I
have considered adding some coding support (ICD10, ICPC) to
v0.8.

The above was misleading. I meant to say that I don't think
anyone intends making coding mandatory.
