When the server came back the Wiki chat returned as well.

There was one person from Malaysia who had managed to set up a local database 
on Ubuntu and wanted to register some new users for login. It took a couple 
hours and a few emails to get it done.

The other person wanted to know how to schedule appointments. It turns out 
that korganizer and konsolekalendar were not installed. After having installed 
that this person was able to use GNUmed and korganizer.

This is just the beginning. The more features GNUmed acquires and the more 
users will try GNUmed the support issues will go up a lot .
