How would one include, in the LaTex template, references to all documents which
would have been attached to the patient?

Would a yet-to-be placeholder make such access possible?

Will Latex incorporate such documents into a file or would one require some
wrapper or looping logic to combine the notes output with
already-stored-documents.

This question also makes assumptions about the forms / formats in which
documents had been attached.

Likely complex (??)
