Hi,
I am noticing that (AFAICT?) when I input either
Encounter summary
and/or a
soAp
this seems to get auto-copied into an AOE.
If we would ignore for the moment that what I had inputted into the sample
Summary below is detail, we nevertheless see that it gets auto--copied into an
AOE.
Can we stop the auto-copy into AOE?
If it was originally me who had asked for it, my apologies. Auto-copy appears
too easily to create redundant information.
Is there anywhere else that is auto-copying into AOE?

phone w/ patient: 2013-07-11 16:40 - 16:50 »On her current medications, BP has
been 130s/70s with occasional morning readings of 140s. Pulse by machine has
been as low as 40 and manually as low as 50. Her activity has improved since
leaving hospital, in that she yesterday walked a half km with her leg and gait
improved, and her arm less improved but improving. Some days though, she is
rather tired. Has an appointment with physio Monday July 15th and an
appointment Wednesday with (new) doctor XXXX at a Metrotown office at 604
