Should the above have been 'no'?

It was seeming to me as though

        # Past medical HiXtory, "args" holds: line 
template//separator//strftime date format//escape style (latex, currently)

should become

        # Past medical HiXtory, "args" holds: line 
template//separator//strftime date format

??
