I have added a print manager plugin.  This enables people to
create a document on one machine, store it into the print
manager, and print it from another machine. One workflow
would be creating a prescription in the exam room, putting it
in the print manager, and have the front desk print it when
the patient leaves. Note how this is different from directly
printing onto a remote printer, say one at the front desk).

It is also possible to juggle documents between the print
manager and export area.

The print manager can show all pending printouts or else
filter to the active patient.
