Nope (because it's not available). The closest manual
approximation would be running

        select distinct version from gm.schema_revision order by version;

and looking for the highest reported number. GNUmed can't
easily do the latter programmatically since .version is
arbitrary free text.

It doesn't matter much, however, since one can always just
run the latest-released fixup scripts of the major version
and expect to reach the latest minor version.
