You are going to use the "full" or the "frozen" version. In case of the frozen 
version you don't have to worry as the python is compressed into the gnumed.de

For the "full" version you don't have to worry either for the GNUmed part. It 
will try to detect if you have valid installations of python, wxpython and 
psycopg. These checks are based on py2.6. Just ignore them if you have all 
dependencies installed.

However you should manually install the dependencies then (e.g. wxpython, 
psycopg for py2.7)
