[Gnump3d-devel] using itunes xml file to populate gnump3d playlists

I'm considering starting a new project that has two main objectives 1)  
write a cocoa front end to simplify the administration of gnump3d on  
Macs and 2) use the iTunes library .xml file to populate the list of  
media files and incorporate iTunes playlists/ratings/etc.

Before I started I wanted to see if anyone knows of any similar  
project or applications that anyone else has done.

Also, the reason I'm using gnump3d as a starting point is because, of  
all the little bits of coding that would have to go into this, the  
serving of html pages and streaming music files on certain ports is  
the part I've got  no clue how to do. Let me know if I'm going at this  
in the completely wrong way. Thanks!
