Status report: -base

I have locally successfully installed -base/-baseadd with 
-disable/enabel-flattened inccluding the fall-back heades.
I was able dot install the pre-conversion-version of  -gui and apps on 
top of that (with help from alex who hacked up the makefile fragment to 
install the gnustep/base/* redirects).
