Depending on the size of the app, it could be difficult. The best way is
if you still have a NeXTStep machine, upgrade to OpenStep and use the
conversion tools to convert to OpenStep. Then converting to GNUstep
would be easy. Or perhaps you could convince/pay someone who has an
OpenStep machine to do this.
