www.gnustep.org oddness

www.gnustep.org resolves to 4 IPs, 2 of which don't work (1 is some random home cable account, 1 is something in france, the other 2 are planetmirror and work). This means that a lot of the time going to www.gnustep.org just plain doesn't work. Why?
