[gomd-devel] libgomd qt-example

Hi from Matt,

as promised i created a little libgomd example using the qt-lib.
(maybe someone else can commit it, i do not have
a devel-cvs-repository here currently because i had to 
move/remove a lot of stuff during a re-organization of my 
devel-clusters here. That is why i simply attached it)
