[gomd-devel] <DEBIAN> Wim is working on Debian support

Hi all.

Wim Vandersmissen (nick:  "dolphinbofh") has committed some nice files to
(auto)build a .deb package.
The files were placed in packaging/debian directory.
ASAP I'll produce a small make_deb.sh script to automatize the deb file
creation.
Thanks a lot to Wim for his precious work. ;)
