Cool!
It's cool to see a idea become a project, and then the project actually get released.
I'm really hoping I can help soon. Things are just so crazy for me right now.

Hi all.

ABOUT THE RELEASE:
Tomorrow (night), if all will go right, we'll release the first pubblic
beta.
(on morning I've an exam, sorry....).

BETA PURPOSES:
- Purposes of the beta1 for GOMD v0.1 (notice the "0.1")
PRIMARY: marketing => try to catch lots of users for the project... ;)
SECONDARY: fix the bugs and continue the development (as usual)...
This is only the first beta (even if I'd like this were the first and the
last beta at the same time for v0.1... ;) )
- We've to say explicitly this is still experimental code and there can be
several bugs (I hope minor bugs).
- We have to say we'll support chpox.
- This beta is our way to say: "hey world, gomd is growing and will grow
faster with your help!".. ;)

PACKAGING:
- I've just prepared some RPMs for RH7.3 and MDK9.1 (=> the distros I have).
http://carapax.crema.unimi.it/projects/openmosix/gomd/beta/
Please test it up. ;)
- Gentoo is ok (as Gentoo users use the ebuild mechanism). We need a debian
package. Any volounteer? :))))

PERL2GOMD:
- CaloRE sent me a mail with the status of gomd2perl: actually he's away for
work but he's confident he'll be able to commit the first perl2gomd stuff
next
Saturday. Well! (Thanks to CaloRE).

JAVA2GOMD
- Roeles is working on! (Thanks to roeles)

PR STUFF:
- Matt, please, can you prepare some words for the posts on oM MLs? Tomorrow
afternoon, _maybe_ I'l be able to help you with this job.

Thanks to all (again).

Byez.
