LIBGOMD APIS

Here is a preliminar version of a document describing libgomd APIs (PDF,
HTML e SCX  file formats). I'd like to reorganize docs dir, including only
SGML files + scripts to create all the formats (as done by Kris => thanks!).

ABOUT GOMDVIEW

Matt: I can't compile gomdview on my box.
It cannot find libiface.h: must I put the file in /usr/include? We need the
"famous" Makefile update?

I've noticed you still use the dynloader mechanism to load the library =>
what about using the direct link to the shared library? (see
contrib/c++/shared_link code for more info).
