[gomd-devel] main gomdview application window ported completly

Hi from Matt,

some more updates on the gomdview :

1) in the Makefile i changed target to gomdview.bin
-> gomdview.bin is now started by a small
script "gomdview" which sets the 1. parameter to the local-hostname
by default. This will give us more flexibility in
automatic gathering the needed parameters and i suggest
to stay with this for the other openMosixview appliation
we need to port too.

2) implemented the last methods which were still using rsh/ssh
   Now everything is working by using the gomd/libgomd
   ..... and i like it very much ! It is much cleaner than using rsh/ssh ;)

3) removed rsh/ssh config dialog as it is not needed any more
   ->  yessssss

4) removed the "advanced execution" dialog and methods because
we are running in full client-server mode. Executing commands
on the cluster won't be supported any more.
(as i know it was/is very less used anyways)

5) Also adjusted some help texts.

Now if the "exec con (nodeid) .. " stuff is working in
the gomd the main application window should work :))

Next on the plan is "gomdprocs"
