Just tried the attached file with curl as below:
curl 7.9.8 (i386-redhat-linux-gnu) libcurl 7.9.8 (OpenSSL 0.9.7a) (ipv6
enabled)
and it still bombs out for me with this...

Subject: [gotmail] Curl and Cookies
It looks like the problem may be related to cookies and curl's support for
them. The 7.10 gotmail has better support for cookies that apparently only
some of the hotmail servers need.
This cookie support looks like it's only available in curl version 7.9 and
above. My RedHat 7.2 system only had curl 7.8, which wouldn't work. I
upgraded curl to 7.9 and gotmail seems happy now.
Anybody that wants to be a 'guinea pig', give the gotmail included in this
mail a try, but you MUST have curl 7.9 or better.
Man, maybe it's about time I upgraded from RedHat 7.2 :)
After all the changes that MS did on the hotmail front-ednd, why-oh-why do
they still hard code IP addresses in their image URLs? They use URLs like
http://65.54.244.24/crs_918.gif, which my squidGuard proxy BLOCKS to help
hide obscene images from my family. I'm a programmer myself and I'd get
yelled at for hardcoding IP addresses like that.
