Yeah, that one got by me.  I saw it one uSec too late to catch.

I figured since it never worked a short cut was OK.  All it was dooing
was shoing the clock time the PPS pulse was measured and the time
the JSON was emitted.  Not useful.

It is still not exactly right, I have a bit more tweaking and testing to
do on it.
