commit 5c738bb9f1dea8aa16794a81948b863ea0f0dec4
Author: Rob Norris <address@hidden>
Date:   Thu Mar 17 20:52:42 2016 +0000

    Rename compiled_gpsdlib to static_gpsdlib since it's always statically
built.

    Then remove it from the list of built libraries since when building any
program that requires it, it is automatically included.

    TESTED:
    scons build-all check
    and various individual programs such as (and a full clean between each run):
    scons gpsctl
    scons test_libgps

commit 69933b63622404c666657cec4905d7f1c776bc3b
Author: Rob Norris <address@hidden>
Date:   Thu Mar 17 20:52:41 2016 +0000

    Restore building with minimal=True

    ncurselibs needs to always be defined since it's used by definitions of
gpsmon and cgps (even if they are not going to be built)

    TESTED:
    scons minimal=True && scons -c && rm -rf .scons* && scons build-all check
