Yo All!

I just pushed an update to gpsctl.

Up to now, gpsctl could be used to send a string to a GNSS receiver,
but only in low-level mode, not through a running gpsd.

That has been fixed. This will now request a UBX-MON-VER from
a u-blox device running under gpsd:

       gpsctl -x '\xb5\x62\x0a\x04\x00\x00\x0e\x34'

Unlike with -f mode, you need to put the headers, checksum and suffix
in the request string.

Doc is updated to match.

Also, the gpsd_json man page now has an example of how to send
a control string using the gpsd JSON protocol:

    ?DEVICE={"path":"/dev/ttyUSB2","hexdata":"b5620a0400000e34"}

That is how zerk and ubxtool, and now gpsctl, do it.

This can, for example, be used to send a reset command to a TSIP device.

Both have been long requested. Check it out.
