    doc/groff.texi: Expand @codequote* coverage.
    
    Review more sections (nodes) of the manual for apostrophe/grave accent
    issues.
    
    The punctuation marks should now be correct for the following regions.
    PDF section numbers are in parentheses.
    
        Manipulating Hyphenation (5.8)
        Character Translations (5.11)
        Page Layout (5.12)
    
        Using Symbols (5.17.4) through
        Strings (5.20) inclusive
    
        Implementation Differences (5.34)
        Intermediate Output Examples (8.1.3)
    
    Also, one example is wrapped thus.
