    man pages: Regularize synopsis style.
    
    Use one empty request after each synopsis "line" or "sentence", intended
    to be reminiscent of our house style with prose sentences.  Use two
    empty requests after each synopsis "paragraph", for similar reasons,
    because there will be vertical space between them.
