    [ms]: Fix style nits.
    
    * doc/groff.texi: Consistently use @file command to refer to ms macro
      package rather than @code.  Make references to AT&T ms consistent.
    
    * doc/groff.texi:
    * doc/ms.ms:
    * tmac/groff_ms.7.man: Coalesce one-sentence paragraph in description of
      RP macro into its predecessor.
