    groff_mm(7): Fix content and style nits.
    
    Content:
    * Only non-English (translated) strings are kept in localization files.
    * No need to note that the string determining the localization file to
      load is "internal".
    * Clarify syntax of `nr` request.
    * (See also) Add cross reference to refer(1) preprocessor.
    
    Style:
    * Add non-print break point escape sequences to file names and URLs.
    * Tighten wording so we don't repeat "macro file" ad nauseam.
